The milking machine is composed of milking machine, pulsator, milk tube, milk pump and other parts. For the maintenance of the milking machine, cleaning is very important, especially the cleaning and inspection of some important parts.
First clean the milker and the milk cup. Rinse with clean water, then put it in hot detergent (temperature 70℃, containing 1% alkali), wash it with a brush, and finally wash it with 80℃ hot water and dry it for later use. Clean and check the lining of the milk cup to see if it is intact and not leaking. If there is any leakage, it should be replaced immediately. After the breast collector is cleaned, check whether the rubber gasket is intact and whether the small holes on the breast collector shell are unblocked with the atmosphere during assembly.
The pulsator is divided into gas pulsation and electronic pulsator. The air pulsator and vacuum hose are removed and washed once a week. Always check whether the rubber film of the pulsator is intact and whether the small holes on the wall are open to the atmosphere. The pulsator should be adjusted according to the pulsation frequency of 60 beats/min for use.
It is necessary to replace the milk tube in time, otherwise, on the one hand, milking will be difficult due to its elasticity, on the other hand, any tiny cracks on its surface will leave milk dirt, which provides good conditions for the reproduction of bacteria.
